Carole H. Powers nee Hickey, 81. Beloved mother of Steve (the late Elizabeth), Teri (Preston) Powers- Watts, Rick, John (Nancy), and the late Robert (Carole) Powers. Dearest grandmother of Shawn, Amelia, Ian, Brendan, John, Phillip, and Natalie. Great grandmother of Melody. Carole was a dedicated teacher in the Addison School District for over 35 years and also a realtor for 20 years. Funeral Service Saturday, 9:45 AM from Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53) to St. Peter the Apostle Church, Itasca for Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre. Visitation 4-8 PM Friday.
