Debra L. Mills, 66 of Itasca. Loving wife of Daniel J. Mills. Dearest daughter of the late Nelson Carroll and the late Shirley Carroll. Dear sister of Michael (Dawn) Carroll, David (Karen) Carroll and Kimberly Stringini (Jeff). Also survived by 6 nieces and 8 nephews.
