Duane T. Tutaj, 68 of Addison. Beloved husband of Susan nee Blaauw. Loving father of Michael (Jennifer), Rebecca (Darrin) Gengler, David (Kelly), Steven (Sara) and Daniel Tutaj. Cherished grandfather of Brent, Derek, Alexander, Johanna, Eleanor, Katarina, Gavin and Lana. Dear brother of Terrance, Mary and the late Ronald Tutaj. Dearest son of Pearl and the late Ervin Tutaj.Funeral Service Friday March 20th, 2015 10 AM at St. Petronille Church, Glen Ellyn. Interment private. Visitation 3-9 PM Thursday at Humes Funeral Home.
