Frank R. France, 69 of Addison. Beloved son of Joyce and the late Frank. Loving father of Rob France. Dearest brother of Cheryl Seller and Charles France. Also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Private funeral services will be held by the family. If desired, memorials to Shriners Hospitals for Children greatly appreciated.
