Jonathan M. DiSimone, 32, of Addison. Loving son of Mario and Karen (nee Kruml). Dearest brother of Fran (Jamie) Kruszynski, and Paola (Steve) Kauffman. Fond Uncle of Hannah and Leah. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his special cousin Paul. Visitation Friday from 3-9pm at Humes Funeral Home. 320 W. Lake Street Addison. (2 miles West of Route 83, 2 miles east of route 53) Funeral Service will be at 8pm. Interment private.
