Lucille Derrico nee Smith, 82 of Addison. Beloved wife of Mickey. Loving mother of Michael (Cynthia), David and the late Kathleen Derrico. Cherished grandmother of Deanna, Mike and Rocky. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving friends. Funeral Service Thursday, 9:15 AM from Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53) to St. Joseph Church for Mass as 10 AM. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens West. Visitation 3-9 PM Wednesday.
