Visitation Wednesday 5 PM, Panachyda 7 PM at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St. Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E of Rt. 53). Funeral Service Thursday, 10 AM at St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 300 E. Army Tr. Rd., Bloomingdale. Int. St. Andrew Ukrainian Cemetery.
