Visitation Friday October 12th, 2018 6:30pm, Panachyda 7:30pm at Humes Funeral Home 320 W. Lake St. Addison (2Mi E of Rt 53, 2Mi W of Rt 83). Funeral Service Saturday October 13th, 2018 11am at St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Bloomingdale. Int St. Andrews Cemetery.
