Lazowski, 95 of Addison.  Beloved wife of the late Harold Cook, the late Gerald Dunne and the late John Lazowski.  Loving mother of Thomas (Joan) Dunne, Mary Dunne, Cathy (David) Shoopman, Cecelia (Patrick) Carlson and the late Joseph (Kim) Dunne.  Grandmother of 6 and great grandmother of 4.  Sister of Catherine Mudd, William (Audrey) Mudd, Sr. Jane Mudd, S.N.D. and the late John A. Mudd.

Visitation Tuesday, November 21, 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass, 11:00 a.m., at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 254 North Wood Dale Road in Wood Dale.  Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
