Patricia S. Gerardi, née Pleta, 84 of Addison. Beloved mother of Joseph Gerardi, Peter (Ann) Gerardi, Victor (Kamila) Gerardi and Teresa (Victor) Jimenez. Dearest grandmother of Grace Gerardi, John Gerardi, Victor Jimenez and Anthony Gerardi. Loving former wife of Vittorio (Antoinette) Gerardi. Cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Loretta Pleta.
A visitation will be held Sunday, February 16, 2025, from 3-8 PM at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53). Funeral service Monday, 9:45 AM from Humes Funeral Home to St. Philip the Apostle Church, 1223 W. Holtz Ave, Addison, for Mass at 10:30 AM. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Mausoleum, Hillside.
