Patricia S. O'Brien, 93 of West Chicago, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Beloved Wife of the late Terrence O'Brien. Loving Mother of Kathleen (Mike) Lifka, Margaret Mary DeNardo, Patrick (Kimberly) O'Brien and Colleen (Tommy) Cipriani. Cherished Grandmother of Lauren, Julie, Katie, Carly, Franky, Cailey, Hanna, Gabriella and Olivia & numerous of great grandchildren. Dear Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
