Patrick Henry Mendez, 82 of Addison. Beloved husband of Deanne nee Patrick. Loving father of Alison (Kevin) Carey. Also survived by many other loving family members. Funeral Service December 27th, 2017 12pm at Humes Funeral Home. Into Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at a later date. Patrick was an Army Vet and a retired lineman with the phone company. He was a die hard Cubs and Bears fan. The family requests all attending to wear Cubs, Bulls or Bears sports attire or colors.
