Phyllis was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. She was a kind and caring woman, always ready to lend a helping hand and be there for those in need. A devoted friend to many, Phyllis touched countless lives with her warmth, generosity, and loving spirit.

Above all, Phyllis cherished her family and devoted her life to the people she loved most. She shared a special bond with her beloved grandson, whom she adored dearly. Her love for her family was at the heart of everything she did, and her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know and love her.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 9 AM, with a service at 10 AM at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53). Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery, Hillside.
