Robert O. Martin, 86 of Addison. Beloved husband of the late Patricia nee Shepard. Loving father of Mary Martin, Bob (Hope) Martin, Linda (Ronald) Dean, Nancy (Luke) Heckler, Tom (Gisela) Martin and Kelly (Joseph) Palazzolo. Cherished grandfather of Amanda, Rob, Zachary, Emily, Melissa, Steven, Paul, Ethan, Kyle, Jaime, Ulises, Connor, Joseph, Paul and Gianna. Great-grandfather of Paisley and the late Daniel and the late Robert. Dear brother of Gerald (Carmen) and the late James Martin. Also survived by his companion Carole O’Keefe and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Tuesday, 3-8 PM at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53). Funeral service Wednesday 8:45 AM from Humes Funeral Home to St. Isidore Parish, Bloomingdale for mass at 9:30 AM. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
