Thomas Kaczmarek Sr., "Kaz", 70 of Addison. Beloved husband of Laurie née Bronkala. Loving father of Mark (Courtney) Kaczmarek, Chris Kaczmarek and Tommy (Liz Thomas) Kaczmarek. Cherished grandfather of Nova Thomas and Eli Kaczmarek. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Special Leisure Services Foundation (SLSF), 3000 W. Central Rd., Suite 205, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 greatly appreciated.
Visitation Saturday, 9 AM until time of Funeral Service, 12 noon at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53). Interment to follow at Mt. Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst.
