Thomas F. Krzak, 84 of Addison. Beloved husband of Patricia nee Fritz. Loving father of Laura, Thomas, Steven, Carol Ann Krzak and Katherine (Todd) Schultz. Cherished grandfather of Thomas, Jenny and Emily Schultz and Hailey Ann Krzak. Dear brother of Barbara Rosario, Suzanne (George) Winkler and Patricia (Robert) Newton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, June 11th, 2022, 11 AM at St. Philip the Apostle Church, 1223 W. Holtz, Addison.
