Memorial Visitation Thursday, October 12th, 1:00 p.m. until time of Service at 3:00 p.m. at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 83, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 53).
Polish Funeral Mass Friday, October 13th, 10:30 a.m. at Devine Mercy Polish Parish, 21W411 Sunset Avenue, Lombard, IL 60148.
Interment private, in Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
