Grace (Mischenko) Krasno

Grace Krasno of Fox River Grove passed on the evening of September 10, 2022, at the age of 82. Wife of the late Nicholas, she is survived by her beloved daughter Lucy. She is the dear sister of: Olga (the late John) Stryzakowski, and three brothers: Nicholas (Valentina) Mischenko, George (Victoria) Mischenko, Peter (Irina) Mischenko and the late John (Maria) Mischenko. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Born in Ukraine, she was a parishioner of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and a supporter of a free Ukraine.

Visitation Thursday, Sept. 15th, 5 PM until time of Panachyda, 7 PM at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 Mi. W. of Rt. 53, 2 Mi. E. of Rt. 83).  Meet at St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Bloomingdale for a funeral service at 10 AM on Friday, Sept. 16th. Interment St. Andrew Ukrainian Cemetery.
