John Derkach, 98, of Palos Park. Beloved husband of the late Nina. Loving father of Luci Rizzo, George (Diane) Derkach and the late William (Olga) Derkach. Dear grandfather of Melanie Rizzo and Andriana (Angelo) Pilotto, Kristina Derkach (Pavle Jankuloski), Mark (Dana) Derkach, Daniel Derkach, John (Katelyn Helgeson) Derkach, Matthew (Kimberly) Derkach and Paul (Mariah) Derkach. Great-grandfather of Iris, Aria and Rylan. Fond brother of the late Katherine Czerniak and the late Maria Kundys.

Funeral Service Friday, April 7, Noon at St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Bloomingdale. Interment to follow at St. Andrew Ukrainian Cemetery.
